TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings are subject to approval by the Evolve team. We shall endeavour to confirm bookings by email the next working day.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will notify us no less than 5 working days prior to the Event of the anticipated number of guests, catering needs and dietary requirements.
You agree to begin and end the Event at the times agreed with us and will notify us no less than 5 working days prior to Event if this needs to change.
If you expect to have any attendees with limited mobility, you must state this when booking, as not all areas will be easily accessible to them.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email. Should you have to cancel any booking, a cancellation charge with be payable according to the following scale: 1-7 days’ notice – 100% charge; 8-14 days – 50% charge; 14 days or more – no charge. Catering orders not cancelled within 2 working days must be paid for in full.
Method of payment to be agreed at time of booking. Invoices to be paid within 30 days of the date of our invoice. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you foresee any issues regarding payment.
