OUR CAFES
Birmingham based non-profit coffeeshop. Home to budding baristas, a caring and supportive environment and tasty treats – you are always guaranteed service with a smile when you visit Evolve.
Everyone’s welcome.
The Adam and Eve
The original Evolve opened in 2017 in the iconic former public house in Digbeth, our cafe and events space has a heart as warm as it’s coffee. Evolve @ The Adam and Eve is the training hub for all new recruits. With a culture of patience and understanding, pop in for a cuppa and say hello to the team.
The Rees Foundation Collaboration
Partnering with The Rees Foundation, Evolve @ The Adam and Eve is a safe space for people who have experienced care. Our staff are trained to meet the needs of care experienced people and with a Rees Guest Card, you can be entitled to discounted food and drink.
One Brindley Place
We are so proud of our Brummie roots and when facilities management team, Derwent FM, asked if we wanted to team up to open a café in the Commonwealth Games Headquarters – we couldn’t say no!
Not open to the public but serving delicious food & treats and much-needed caffeine to the staff of Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games! We couldn’t do it without the amazing students from the Heart of Birmingham Vocational College (HBVC).
-Evolve @ One Brindley Place was an exciting and huge step for our social enterprise & parnerships.
Our Community
In a post-lockdown world, we found ourselves asking – what more can we do?
We’ve always been passionate about using our space and platform to benefit our community and that’s why we are opening up our café to support vulnerable groups across Birmingham; from young people homeless drop ins, to meal kits for carers – we recognise the importance of community.
